"Make a Real Cocktail with Real Ginger Ale!"



GIN & GINGER


• Fill 8 oz glass with ice
• 1 oz fine gin (Hendricks/Bombay Sapphire)
• 5 oz fresh ginger, ginger ale
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon or lime juice
• Garnish with lime
• Option: muddle 6-8 fresh cilantro leaves in bottom of glass before making drink

Note: Any of our 3 flavors will work! Create 3 different drinks!




DARK AND STORMY


• Fill 8 oz glass with ice
• Add 1 oz good light rum (Appleton)
• Add 5 oz fresh ginger, ginger ale
• Float 1 oz good dark rum (Meyers) on top
• Garnish with lime wedge




POMEGRANATE MOSCOW MULE


• 2 oz fine vodka
• 6 oz Pomegranate fresh ginger, ginger ale
• 1 oz fresh lemon or lime juice
• Mix above and pour over ice
• Serve with lime wedge or kaffir lime leaf






Mojito


• Fill 10 oz glass with ice
• Add 2 oz Ron Zacapa Centenario (Guatemala) or other fine rum
• 4-5 oz Original Fresh Ginger, Ginger Ale
• 1.5 oz fresh lime juice
• Add 5" sprig of fresh mint
• Garnish with lime wedge




FLOR ADORA


• 0.75 OZ lemon juice
• 0.75 oz Small Hand Foods raspberry gum syrup
• 1.5 oz Plymouth gin
• 4 oz Original Fresh Ginger, Ginger Ale by Bruce Cost

• 0.75 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz creme de cassis
• 1.5 oz El Tesoro Reposado tequila
• 4 oz Original Fresh Ginger, Ginger Ale by Bruce Cost
